I received my initial training and most of my continuing education at Oregon School of Massage (OSM) in Portland Oregon. OSM has a commitment to holistic education and the training is designed to integrate body, mind, heart and spirit. Central to their philosophy is the idea that touch is a powerful form of communication that carries complex messages for both the giver and the receiver. As a practitioner, I was taught to be mindful of what I communicate through touch.

It is my belief that deep tissue does not have to be unbearable to be effective. My technique allows for my client’s own body to determine the appropriate pressure. Each massage is as unique as the individual.
